The ACORD Fillable Forms - Adobe PDF offer new features and capabilities once you have installed either the FREE Adobe Reader 7.0.5 (or greater) and the Adobe Acrobat 7.0.5 (or greater) software onto your desktop to save and email.

Features when used with the free Adobe Reader:

View – you can view all ACORD fillable forms that have the extension .pdf
Fill and Print – you can enter information online in the fields and print a copy to give to customers or trading partners
On-Screen Help - As you move the mouse over most fields, pop-up boxes with intructions for filling the form appear.

Additional features when used with Adobe Acrobat software:

Save and Send - with the click of a button, you can save the form to your local drive, email it, and/or fax it!

Getting Started With Adobe Fillable Forms

a. Minimum requirements for using fillable PDF forms

b. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader

If you don’t have Adobe Reader installed on the machine:
Go to the Adobe website and download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
If you already have a version of Adobe Reader installed:
Version 7.0.5 or higher is required for the fillable PDF forms to work properly. To install the latest version, go to: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
If you have Adobe Acrobat installed:
Adobe Acrobat Version 7.0.5 or higher is required for the fillable PDF forms to work properly. To upgrade or purchase Adobe Acrobat, visit Adobe's website http://www.adobe.com.
